Hutt Valley Rose selection

Embodying the "Irishness" of our community!

Each year the Irish Society selects a Rose of Tralee to represent the Club at the annual National Final of the contest. The winner of the NZ title goes on to represent New Zealand at the International Festival in Tralee, Co Kerry, in August of that year.

If we have more than 1 young woman keen to enter the Rose event in any given year, we hold a 'selection evening' at which members are introduced to the prospective Roses, and Judges select our Hutt Valley Rose of Tralee. Your can meet the 2023 HVIS Rose of Tralee.
