ELIGIBILITY: Members' children and grandchildren 12 years and under as at 1 December are eligible to attend.

COST: $15.00 per child (to a maximum of $45 per family). Other children (guests/friends) $20 per child.

PAYMENT: Registration is NOT COMPLETE until payment in full has been received. Payment is to be made by Direct Credit to account number: 06-0529-0416815-00, with your surname in the reference field.

ADDRESS: Santa will send an invitation to each registered child, so in the form below please record the physical address to which each child's letter is to be sent.
